Through the AL4LIFE project, IBCM has strengthened the connection between alumni, students, and the institution while creating structures that support long-term alumni engagement.
A major milestone was the adoption of the IBCM Alumni Strategy (2024–2029), which outlines clear pathways for alumni involvement in mentoring, teaching, career guidance, and institutional development. To support this framework, IBCM has also strengthened the Alumni Association, programme-level alumni networks, and cooperation between the Career Centre and the alumni community. Another important achievement is the launch and active use of the IBCM Alumni Platform and Alumni Website, which serve as central hubs connecting graduates with students and institutional activities.
Alongside these structural developments, the project has supported career events, professional workshops, and mentoring initiatives designed to strengthen students’ employability and practical skills.
