As part of the AL4LIFE project, IBCM continued the process of curricula modernization with the aim of strengthening the connection between academic learning and real labour-market demands. Building on the institution’s long-standing theory-to-practice approach, these updates focus on enhancing practical competencies, employability skills, and interdisciplinary learning.
The modernization process was informed by alumni expertise, labour-market insights, and institutional priorities, ensuring that study programmes respond to evolving professional environments while maintaining high academic standards. Particular attention was given to entrepreneurship, sustainability, governance, and leadership skills, areas where alumni experience provides direct added value.
The table below presents the study programmes that were updated during this period, highlighting the key focus areas of each revision and the intended impact on student learning outcomes. These updates also create structured opportunities for alumni involvement as guest lecturers, mentors, and contributors to applied learning activities.
